Check out the Wii Drum Kit from This is Not a Label. The latest version supports the Nunchuck to allow two handed drumming. The source code is available for free, so feel free to contribute.

Depending on the gesture used (and the button held), different drum sounds are played. Four drums are available: high hat, crash cymbal, snare, and kick drum. The video demonstration explains it all.
