The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 sports a 3-inch touchscreen VGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, full QWERTY sliding keyboard, FM radio, a metal finish body, and a 4-way key and optical joystick for easy navigation. Running Microsoft’s Windows Mobile operating system, you can expect full Office support (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, IE, Media Player, Outlook, etc). The XPERIA X1 features “panels” which act like the menu buttons giving you access to the features of the X1. The XPERIA panels are movable, so the user can customize them to their preference.

One more pic after the jump (Edit: Found a video on TechEBlog demoing the X1 after the jump as well).

Oh yeah, the phone also sports HSDPA/HSUPA and Wi-Fi. It will have support for microSD cards, though the phone will have 400MB of on-board memory. Dimensions are 110 x 53 x 16.7 mm.

No pricing information has been released, but Sony Ericsson has announced that the phone will come in either black or silver. Expected release date sometime Q3-Q4 2008.
