The Nokia N96 is slated to hit Europe Q3 2008. Playing the role as successor the the N95, the N96 acts more like a multimedia player. Its got a DVB-H receiver (for live TV broadcasting), 2.8-inch screen, and 16GB of storage space (plus an microSD slot). MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, and WMA playback is supported for audio, while MPEG-4, WMV, and Flash video playback is possible. Internet access is available with its WLAN and HSDPA support. Plus, with its 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and integrated A-GPS, users can ‘geotag’ and share their photos. The Nokia N96 can of course make phone calls, but I mean, who cares about phone calls when you can watch YouTube on-the-go? It even has a kickstand so you can place it on a table and watch a movie.
Estimated price is 550 Euros (about $855 USD).

Update (3/21/08): The Suzuki Kizashi 3 concept has been unveiled. Read here.
Every time I think of Suzuki, I think motorcycles. That’s what they’re known for. If you ask me about Suzuki cars, I think about their ugly and boring ass SUVs and eco-boxes. Let’s face it, Suzuki hasn’t designed one single sexy looking car. Thankfully, there’s hope with their Kizashi 3 concept that should debut at the New York Motor Show on March 21.
Suzuki’s Kizashi “concept” is a teaser of what Suzuki has in store for their upcoming line-up. The Kizashi 1 was a rather funky looking station wagon. The Kizashi 2 was a SUV. Finally, the Kizashi 3 is what you see above, a sport sedan. Rumor has it that the upcoming sedan will feature a V8 and all-wheel drive.
I guess if you’re a hard-core “sk8er” you would find this irresistible, but for the rest of us…why? Why would you want a mirror skateboard? Here are my two reasons:
1. So you can check out your face after you plant it on the concrete because you failed a trick.
2. So you could annoy the other skaters at the park with your annoying-as-hell-sun-reflecting skateboard
I’m leaning to both.
Don’t get me wrong, it looks nice and shiny on the wall, so it does get kudos for being unique. But, it costs £110.00 ($224 USD) at Purves. $200+ for a skateboard? I think that’s ridiculous, but apparently others don’t think so, as it is currently out of stock. You’ll have to pre-order one through Purves.
I don’t know how useful the Pulseline shelf would be, especially on the sharp angled surface. I mean, on the flat surface, you could store books and other small miscellaneous items. But what about towards the middle of the shelf? Vinyls? Thin magazines? Nonetheless, at the very least, it should make for a nice wall art.
Designed by Måns Salomonsen. The Pulseline is fluorescent, so it should look pretty cool in the dark.
Not long after posting the details of SanDisk’s newest MP3 player, the Sansa Fuze, did reviews start hitting the net. SanDisk has positioned the ‘Fuze’ as an Apple iPod Nano (third gen) competitor. Unfortunately, for the most part, the ‘Fuze’ falls flat in the video support category and doesn’t have the audio prowess of other MP3 players. However, to its credit, SanDisk has attached attractive price tags to the ‘Fuze’: $79.99, $99.99, $129.99 for the 2, 4, and 8GB model.
