Suzuki has unveiled its Kizashi 3 concept and it looks hawt and shiny. The four-door sedan has a very aggressive, yet attractive, stance. Its front fascia and headlights give it that angry look. Which I like. The Kizashi 3 concept is outfitted with 21-inch dubs, six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, and all-wheel drive. Engine-wise, Suzuki has plans for a 300-hp, 3.6-liter V6.
A Suzuki Kizashi 3 equivalent could see production as early as 2010.
Kind of pointless if you don’t know how to use an abacus, but some say it’s faster than using a calculator. I don’t see how, but then again, I don’t use an abacus. Regardless, wouldn’t it be awesome if you needed to do some major calculation and you busted out your Abacus Necklace and worked the beads? That’d be major geek. Well, here’s an Abacus Necklace. It’s not a full scale version, in fact, I doubt it’s even functional. The abacus pendant measures 3/4 x 1 1/8 inches. You can get the 100% steel Abacus Necklace at eBay, starting bid at $2.99.
If you want to see kid ‘robots’ use a real abacus, watch this:
Check out the Duo Charger (CHUSB) from Energizer. Either using USB or an AC outlet, you can charge 2 AA or AAA NiMH batteries simultaneously. It sports a charging light indicator to tell you when charging is complete. However, if you chose the USB route, you can view the charge indicator on your computer screen using the free software located here. It works on Windows or a Mac. So, now you can watch your batteries charge as you check up on your MySpace without leaving your computer.
Charging times varies from 2 to 5 hours depending on the battery’s capacity. The full charging time chart is below:
The Energizer Duo Charger comes in three colors: green, red, and purple. It costs around $12 at Amazon (a red one).
Here’s an interesting story. Jay, from The Plug, decided to tether a disposable
camera to a bench with a note that read:
Good afternoon,
I attached this camera to the bench so
you could take pictures. Seriously. So
have fun. I’ll be back later this evening to
pick it up.
Love, Jay / The Plug
And the results? Passerby’s actually took photos! LoL. I don’t know why or how Jay came up with the idea, but it’s an interesting experiment nonetheless. Here’s a couple of photos. Go check out The Plug for the rest.
