Not only does Japan have the awesome-est gadgets and TV shows, they also have the coolest road in the world. Folks from the Hokkaido Industrial Research Institute have carved out striations into a stretch of road that when driven over plays a musical melody. I can’t explain in words what it sounds like, but, thankfully, there’s a video.
