Introducing the smallest device to run Windows Vista Home Premium, the Sharp Willcom D4 (Sharp WS016SH). It may look like a cellphone (smartphone) at first glance, but in actuality, the Willcom D4 is a rather sleek looking ultra mobile PC. Besides running Vista, the device features a 1.3GHz Intel Atom processor, tilting 5-inch backlit touchscreen display (1024 x 600 pixels), 1GB of RAM, 40GB hard drive, 2.0 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, built-in one-seg TV tuner, and a microSD card slot.
