Nokia’s 8800 Carbon Arte offering is definitely for the rich and luxurious. The rather stylish designed handset is made of premium materials found high end sports cars and airplanes — like leather, carbon fiber, titanium, stainless steel, and polished glass. And yes, you’ve probably already guessed it, the Nokia 8800 doesn’t come cheap. At 11,000 Euros (approximately $1,600 USD) you must either have money to burn or you must really like carbon fiber. Just attach the one-inch in diameter electronic device to your child’s body and it’ll remind your kid to sit straight by electrocution. Okay, I’m joking about the electrocution thing, but the iPosture does feature tiny nanosensors that are able to detect when one slouches and alerts the wearer to straighten up by intermittently vibrating. The entire package includes the main base unit, the S-Airplay, and two wireless speakers, the S-Air speakers. The S-Airplay features a FM tuner, clock functions (sleep and alarm clock), and connectivity support to home theater systems.
