So, what do you get when you cook some really good bacon bits, add some onions and spices, puree it, and place it in a jar? Well, you get the Bacon Jam from Skillet Street Food. It’s like peanut butter for fat folks – err, I mean, bacon-lovers. You can spread this on your morning toast, or use it as a topping for your scrambled eggs! Screw the ketchup! More photos after the jump.

You can get your jar of Bacon Jam at the Skillet Online Store for $17 (8oz. jar) shipped to you. Or $12 if you happen to live close by for an in-person pickup.

Peanut butter is peanut butter for fat folks.

The onions & spices would be negligible, so it seems you’d be better off putting bacon spread on your toast. 😉
(Although at first thought, it seems kinda gross.)
